Notes
Huge yard with part of it being fenced in. Little over priced for the area Curbside appeal some front landscaping that wouldn't be hard to take care of, perhaps a flat-ish yard? Longer driveway to garage is always nice for activities, working on things that need a safe/hard surface Storm door - soooo good for letting in light, also around $600+ to install, so nice that it already has one cute back deck. Could screen it in for longer porch sitting (ie: no bugs, bees, skeeters) Bird feeders would be great in this yard because of the trees they can hide in little bit of backyard landscaping - not too much to have to maintain but enough to add what you want yard looks flat enough for runoff considerations, firepit, outdoor games in the future area looks more completed, so perhaps not a lot more building will be happening? Neighbors aren't close enough to look in your windows lots of area for Rocco to play and riding bike It may not have a built in fireplace, but you could put in an electric one just the same PANTRY - wow, amazing, what an idea dagum, look at that fridge - all the room for cooking activities It's the exact kitchen faucet I have, it's a favorite Laundry room shelves - you could put up some cabinets instead if you don't want the apartment wire shelves look after a while, but they are great for hanging things to dry walk-in master closet! looks like a cute little neighborhood - and on a dead end road which is helpful with traffic and only those that live there should be on that road I think it's a contender!
